Your missions:

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT & STRATEGIC MONITORING

• Social Media Development and Animation: Manage and animate our Instagram and Facebook accounts to retain and engage our community. Update the online store on these platforms.
• Creation of Visual Content: Create photos and videos for social networks. Organize photos from shootings (tags, rankings, etc.).
• Content Writing: Write texts suitable for various media (newsletters, social networks, photos, videos).
• Statistics Tracking: Analyze statistics weekly and report on social media operations.
• Competitive Intelligence: Identify new market trends.

WEBMARKETING & COMMUNICATION

• Digital Strategy: Participate in the development of the web strategy and the creation of new pages for our site with external consultants.
• Retail Customer Service: Help set up customer service, draft after-sales service terms and conditions and develop responses to common complaints.
• Marketing Campaigns: Prepare and implement marketing campaigns in collaboration with your hierarchy. Analyze the results and their commercial impact.
• Creation of Newsletters: Design and writing of attractive newsletters.
• Digital Proposals : Propose relevant digital solutions for our website (emailing, banners, etc.).

SALES MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER ORDER TRACKING

• Inventory and Order Management: Manage the retail site's product inventory and send orders.
• Key Account Order Tracking: Track orders from our key accounts (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, Bon Marché, etc.).
• Shelving and Restocking : Ensure product shelving and restocking.
• Customer Communication: Write letters (subjects, texts, zoning) and help write scenarios for phoning and customer calls.
• Versatility at Events : Be versatile during B2B events and trade fairs (twice a year).

• Artistic Sensitivity: You have a developed artistic sense, are creative, open and eager to learn.

• Jewelry Photography: Taking pictures of our jewelry.
• Retouching and Layout: Retouch photos, add references and descriptions, and update our paper catalogs (elastic bracelets, small leather goods).
• Catalog Updates : Ensure the continuous updating of our paper catalogs.

• B2B Site : Integrate articles into our B2B site.
• Sage Database : Update the Sage database with new items, including adding product descriptions, prices, part numbers, and photos.

• Graphics and Aesthetics: Design B2B newsletters (one every 15 days) while respecting the graphic charter and having a keen sense of communication.
• Customer Experience: Orient newsletters towards a clear and effective B2B customer experience.

• Promotional Materials: Create digital materials (banners, photos, etc.) and papers for our showrooms.
• Packaging Design: Help design packaging (pouches, gift wrapping) and displays (jewelry displays).
• Paper Media: Improve paper media with our logo (business cards, email signatures, invoices, letterheads), following our graphic charter.
• Illustrations for Instagram: Draw illustrations and work on the formatting and colors of quotes for Instagram.
• Window Decoration (optional): Help with window decoration (creation of stickers or drawings on the windows).
• Customer Service: Participate in customer service.
