How do I find out my ring size?
To find your ring size we offer several options:
- Print our ring sizer and place your ring over the sizes until you find the correct fit.
- Measure the internal diameter of an existing ring and compare it with the conversion table below.

Note: Fingers can swell or shrink depending on the time of day, temperature, etc. Your size can vary by as much as three sizes.

What is the composition of Les Cleias jewelry?
Because creativity and quality are the two foundational pillars of our brand Les Cléias, we place great importance on selecting the raw materials used to make our jewelry.
We use stainless steel, gold plating and brass.
- 316L stainless steel is used for its hypoallergenic properties (nickel‑free), strength and high resistance to oxidation thanks to its chromium content. The gilding is achieved by ionization. All these characteristics make Les Cléias jewelry ideal for everyday wear: highly durable and suitable for sensitive skin. They can even be worn in the shower. In addition to these benefits, stainless steel is infinitely recyclable.
- Gold plating consists of depositing a thin layer of gold onto a metal base by electrolysis. At Les Cléias, the base for our gold‑plated jewelry is always brass. We have chosen 18‑carat gold with a thickness of 3 microns to offer the best quality at an accessible price and to qualify for the “gold plated” designation. Do not confuse “gold plated” with “gold‑colored” jewelry: Les Cléias gold‑plated pieces have a much thicker gold layer than gold‑colored items, which gives them greater durability. You can therefore wear Les Cléias gold‑plated jewelry every day for many years.
- Brass, an alloy of reddish copper and grey zinc (also called “yellow copper”), has been known since ancient times. It is non‑allergenic, durable and highly malleable, allowing the creation of very fine designs. We use brass as is in our hair accessories and as the base metal for our gold‑plated jewelry.
Can Les Cleias jewelry be worn in water?
Stainless steel jewelry and gold-plated jewelry can be worn in the shower and at the beach. However, we advise against wearing them in the swimming pool.
We also advise against wearing brass accessories in water.
How to care for a Les Cleias piece of jewelry?
To preserve the shine of your favorite jewelry, we advise you to protect it from daily aggressions (perfume, cosmetics, household products, etc.) and to clean it occasionally with a soft-bristled toothbrush and soapy water, remembering to dry it with a soft cloth that will restore its full brilliance.
Where are Les Cleias jewelry pieces manufactured?
Les Cleias jewelry is designed in our workshops in Paris and Hong Kong.
Our gold-plated jewelry is made in France. Our stainless steel jewelry is made in China.
What does the product warranty cover?
All products sold on the website www.lescleias.com are guaranteed for 1 year. This warranty covers design defects from the date of purchase of the products. For products made from natural materials (stone, leather, etc.), since each piece is unique, it is normal to receive an item with a slightly different appearance from the photograph on the website. These differences are not design defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- natural wear and tear of the product;
- negligence or improper maintenance, such as breakage or loss of the jewel or one of its elements;
- deterioration due to mishandling, abusive or abnormal use, intentional or accidental physical modification, use for professional or commercial purposes;
- apparent defects and products damaged during transport, after delivery;
- interventions carried out on the jewel by anyone not authorized by Les Cléias After-Sales Service, as well as deterioration resulting from such an intervention;
- size readjustment (ring, bracelet, necklace).

How to create a customer account?
Your customer account allows you to track your orders, access your order history, download your invoices, create a product return, etc.

No customer banking data is stored on the Site. The online payment solution is a Shopify solution and is completely secure.

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received it and will process it.

What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of payment receipt.
Delivery times vary depending on the selected carrier:
- Colissimo: 3 to 5 business days in France, 4 to 8 days in Europe, Switzerland, and overseas territories, 9 to 15 days in the rest of the world;

Where can I get a delivery?
You do not have the same carriers depending on the country of destination.
In mainland France, your deliveries are made at home by Colissimo for standard delivery and by DHL for express delivery. If you choose delivery to a relay point, you will be delivered to the relay point you have selected.
In Europe, deliveries are made by Colissimo.

Do I have to pay customs duties?
No, if the delivery address is in France, the recipient will not have to pay customs duties or other taxes due on the import of products into the country of delivery.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery of the package. Please contact the local authorities in the country of delivery for more information.

How do I get my jewelry repaired?
Fill out the contact form, describing the problem and attaching a photo of the piece of jewelry you wish to have repaired. We will get back to you as soon as possible to offer you a solution.
What is the repair time?
It takes 1 month between the date of receipt of the jewelry and its reshipment date.
What are the repair costs?
If the jewel is repairable:
- if the product is covered by the warranty, there are no repair costs;
- however, if the repair is out of warranty, the cost is 10€.

Gift card
How does the gift card work?
The gift card is valid for one year from the date of receipt of the order confirmation email.
To use your gift card, simply enter the code sent by email into the designated field during your purchase on our website.
Your gift card can be split, so you can use it multiple times until its balance is depleted.
Can I print a gift card to give as a gift?
When you order a gift card, you will receive an email with a unique code to be entered during your next order. In this email, we also include a printable version of the gift card with the same code (beautifully illustrated).
What is the validity period of a gift card?
The validity period of a gift card is 12 months.
Can I get a refund for a gift card?
No, it is not possible to refund a gift card.
