1) Our jewelry
1.1) How do I know my ring size?
To know the size of your finger, we offer several solutions. You can:
- print our ring sizer and place your ring on the different sizes until you find the right one.
- measure the inside diameter of your ring and transfer it to the correspondence table below.

- go to your jeweler. He will take the size of your finger using a ring sizer.
Be aware, however, that fingers can swell or deflate depending on the weather (time of day, temperature, etc.), your size can increase or decrease by up to 3 sizes!
1.2) What length of necklace should I choose?
To help you choose the length of your necklace, we have represented each length on a bust.
For your information, we have categorized all necklaces measuring less than 55 cm as "short necklaces".
1.3) What is the composition of LES CLEIAS jewelry?
Because creativity and quality are the 2 fundamental pillars of our Les Cleias brand, we place great importance on the selection of raw materials used in the manufacture of our jewelry.
We use stainless steel, gold plated and brass.
- 316 L stainless steel is used for its hypoallergenic qualities (no nickel), robustness and high resistance to oxidation thanks to the chromium it contains. The gilding is obtained by ionization. All these characteristics make Les Cleias jewelry your best allies in everyday life: they are very durable and perfectly suited to sensitive skin. They can even be worn in the shower. In addition to these advantages, stainless steel is infinitely recyclable!
- Gold plating consists of depositing a thin layer of gold on a metal base by electrolysis. At Les Cleias, the base of our gold-plated jewelry is always brass. We have chosen to use 18-carat gold with a thickness of 3 microns to offer you the best quality at a low price and thus benefit from the name "gold plated". Do not confuse "gold plated" and "fine gold gilded" jewelry: Les Cleias gold-plated jewelry has a much thicker layer of gold than jewelry gilded with fine gold, which gives it great durability. You can therefore wear Les Cleias Gold Plated jewelry every day for many years!
- Brass, an alloy of pink copper and gray zinc, also called "yellow copper", has been known since the dawn of time. It is a metal that does not cause allergies, is resistant and malleable as desired, which allows you to create very fine patterns. We use brass as such in our hair accessories, and as the base of our gold-plated jewelry.
1.4) Can LES CLEIAS jewelry be worn in water?
Stainless steel and gold plated jewelry can be worn in the shower and at the beach. However, we do not recommend wearing them in the pool.
We also advise against wearing brass accessories underwater.
1.5) How to maintain a LES CLEIAS jewel?
To maintain the shine of your favorite jewelry, we advise you to protect them from daily aggressions (perfume, cosmetics, household products, etc.) and to clean them from time to time with a small soft-bristled toothbrush and soapy water, without forgetting to dry them with a soft cloth which will restore all their shine.
1.6) Where are LES CLEIAS jewelry made?
Les Cleias jewelry is designed in our workshops in Paris and Hong Kong.
Our gold-plated jewelry is made in France. Our stainless steel jewelry is made in China.
1.7) What is the warranty on LES CLEIAS jewelry?
All products sold on the site www.lescleias.com are guaranteed for 1 year. This warranty covers design defects from the date of purchase of the products. For products made of natural materials (stone, leather, etc.), each piece being unique, it is normal to receive an item with a very slightly different appearance from that of the photograph on the site. These differences are not design defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- natural wear and tear of the product;
- neglect or poor maintenance, such as breakage or loss of the jewelry and one of its elements;
- damage due to handling error, abusive or abnormal use, intentional or accidental physical modification, use for professional or commercial purposes;
- apparent defects and products damaged during transport, after delivery;
- work carried out on the jewel by any person not mandated by the Les Cléias After-Sales Service as well as damage resulting from such work;
- size adjustment (ring, bracelet, necklace).
2) My account
2.1) How to create a customer account?
The customer account allows you to track your orders, access your order history, download your invoices, create a product return, etc.
To create it, click on the icon " ", then on "create an account". All you have to do is complete the requested information.
2.2) How do I access my account?
To access your account, simply enter your email address and password in the fields provided. Double-check the spelling of your email address and password.

2.3) I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking here , then on “forgotten password”.
3) Payment
3.1) Is my payment secure?
No Customer banking data is recorded on the Site. The online payment solution is a Shopify solution and is completely secure.
3.2) What payment methods are available?
You can pay for your purchases by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex -American Express-) or Paypal.
4) Order and tracking my order
4.1) How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received it and will process it.
4.2) How do I access my order history?
To access your order history, log in to your account. Then, select "my orders": you will then see the list of all your orders as well as their status ("Paid", "Shipping", "Delivered").
4.3) Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed, it is unfortunately not possible to modify or cancel the order.
4.4) How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email us with your order details, including your order number and reason for cancellation. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm your order cancellation.

4.5) How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an order, log in to your account. Then, select "my orders": you will then see the list of all your orders. Select the order concerned: its status ("Paid", "Shipping", "Delivered") is indicated.
4.6) I still haven't received my order, what should I do?
You can track your order on the website in your account. The delivery time depends on the chosen carrier. If after 30 days you still have not received your order, please contact the carrier. In case of problems, please contact us by filling out the contact form .
5) Delivery
5.1) What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier selected:
- Colissimo: between 3 and 5 working days in France, between 4 and 8 days in Europe, Switzerland and DOM-TOM, between 9 and 15 days in the rest of the world;
- Mondial Relay: between 3 to 5 working days in France.
5.2) What are the delivery costs?
In metropolitan France, a flat-rate contribution to shipping costs will be invoiced to the Customer, amounting to €6.00 including tax for home delivery and €4.50 including tax for delivery to a relay point. In the European Union and Switzerland, these costs will be invoiced at €12.00 including tax for home delivery, €15 in the French overseas departments and territories and €30 in the rest of the world.
Shipping costs are free from 80 € of purchase in mainland France, 180 € in Europe, Switzerland and DOM TOM and 250 € in the rest of the world.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested upon delivery of the package.
Do not hesitate to inquire with the authorities of the country of delivery.
5.3) To which countries are the items delivered?
Cleias delivers worldwide, except in certain areas. Here is the list of countries where we do not deliver: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Mongolia, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Oman, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Qatar, Hong Kong SAR China, Macao SAR China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, British Indian Ocean Territory, Palestinian Territories, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, Yemen.

5.4) How do I change my delivery address?
You can change the delivery address in the “Personal data” section of your account after logging in to the site.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address of an order in progress.
5.5) Where can I get it delivered?
You do not have the same carriers depending on the destination country.
In metropolitan France, you are delivered to your home by Colissimo in standard delivery and by DHL in express delivery. If you choose delivery to a relay point, you will be delivered to the relay point you have selected.
In Europe, you are delivered by Colissimo.
5.6) Do I have to pay customs fees?
No, if the delivery address is in France, the recipient will not need to pay customs duties or other taxes due when importing the products into the country of the place of delivery.
6) Returns, exchanges and refunds
6.1) I would like to return part or all of my order, what are the return procedures?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return your item to us without penalty, except for the return costs which remain the responsibility of the customer. The item must be in its original condition, namely unworn, undamaged and with its label in its original packaging.
The return procedure is as follows:

You will receive your refund within 14 days after checking the item in our Parisian workshop.
Personalized products cannot be returned.
Only products purchased on the site www.lescleias.com are affected by this procedure.
6.2) How does the credit refund work?
You will receive a credit when you return:
- an item paid for with a gift card;
- an item under warranty with a manufacturing defect;
- an item that doesn't suit you.
The credit is a code that you can apply to your shopping cart on your next purchase. It is valid for 6 months from its issue date.
The credit cannot be divided and must therefore be used in one go.
7) After-sales service
7.1) ) How do I get my jewelry repaired?
Fill out the contact form describing the problem and attach a photo of the jewelry you want to repair. We will contact you as soon as possible to offer you a solution.
7.2) What is the repair time?
It takes 1 month between the date of receipt of the jewel and its reshipment date.
7.3) What are the repair costs?
In the event that the jewel is repairable:
- if the product is covered by warranty, there is no repair cost;
- On the other hand, if the repair is out of warranty, the costs amount to €10.
7.4) What does the product warranty cover?

8) Gift card
8.1) How does the gift card work?
The gift card is valid for one year from receipt of the order confirmation email.
To use your gift card, simply obtain the code sent by email and enter it in the box provided for this purpose when making your purchase on our site.
Your gift card is divisible, so you can use it several times until its balance is used up.
8.2) Can I print a gift card to give as a gift?
When you order a gift card, you will receive an email with a unique code to enter when you place your next order. In this email, we also include the gift card with the same code in a printable version (nicely illustrated).
8.3) How long is a gift card valid for?
The validity period of a gift card is 12 months.
8.4) Can I get a refund for a gift card?
No, it is not possible to get a refund for a gift card.
8.5) My code does not work, what should I do?
