The Seller reserves the right to modify product prices at any time, without notice. However, the prices applied will be the prices presented at the time of the order. Les Cleias delivers worldwide.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.

The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the Customer from the moment the items leave the premises of the company Les Cleias.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier selected:

  • Colissimo: between 3 to 5 working days in France, between 4 and 8 days in Europe, Switzerland and the French Overseas Territories and between 9 and 15 days in the rest of the world.
  • DHL: between 24 to 48 hours
  • Mondial Relay: between 3 to 5 working days in France.

Delivery times are given as an indication and are the sole responsibility of the carriers. The Customer cannot break the sales contract maintained between him and the Seller for a delivery time exceeded, unless the latter still does not receive his order after 30 days after validation of the order. In this case only, the Customer may request termination of the contract and be reimbursed.

If the Customer receives a damaged, torn or opened package, he must refuse the package and report the problem to the carrier and the Seller. Furthermore, the Customer must also ensure that the number of items delivered corresponds to the figures indicated on the invoice and if not, he must report this to the Seller, with all the necessary proof (photographs for example). The Seller will then proceed with a new shipment or a refund according to the Customer's choice.

Under art. L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the products to the Seller without penalty, with the exception of return costs, which remain the responsibility of the Customer. After this period, the Seller reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds.

Products purchased cannot be exchanged. The Seller suggests that the Customer return the item in question and receive a refund, then place a new order online.

Before any return, the Customer has the obligation to notify the Seller of his intention. He must indicate his order number and the products for which he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal in the return package. After agreement by the Seller, the items must be returned in their original condition, i.e. unworn, undamaged and with their label in their original packaging. Personalized products are not affected by the right of withdrawal, and therefore cannot be returned.

The return of products purchased on the Site can only be made by post to the following address: 94 rue du Temple 75003 PARIS. The Seller will first check the returned items before proceeding with the refund or not, depending on the conformity of the item, within 30 days after receiving the returned items.

In the event that one of our jewelry was purchased in a physical store of a reseller, only the reseller will be able to process the return of your jewelry upon presentation of the receipt.
