We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain countries. Please see the list below for more details.
Which countries do you not deliver to?
Here is a list of destinations that we currently do not serve: Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Mongolia, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Oman, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Qatar, Hong Kong (SAR China), Macao (SAR China), Russia, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, British Indian Ocean Territory, Palestinian Territories, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, Yemen.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the selected carrier. At checkout, you can usually choose between two carriers:
Colissimo
- Home delivery (2 business days)
- Pick-up point (2 to 3 business days, available only in France)
UPS
- Standard (1 to 2 business days)
- Express (next business day delivery)
France (Metropolitan)
- Free Standard Delivery (Colissimo) for orders over €80 (2 business days).
- For smaller orders:
- €6.00 (incl. VAT) for home delivery (2 business days).
- €4.50 (incl. VAT) for pick-up point delivery (2-3 business days).
- Option to choose UPS at checkout. The cost is calculated after entering your address:
- Standard: 1 to 2 business days.
- UPS Express: Next (business) day.
European Union & Switzerland
- Free Standard Delivery (Colissimo) for orders over €180 (3 to 8 business days).
- For smaller orders: €12.00 (incl. VAT).
- Option to choose UPS at checkout. The cost is calculated after entering your address:
- Standard: 1 to 4 business days.
- UPS Express: 1 to 2 business days.
French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM)
- Free Standard Delivery for orders over €180 (3 to 10 business days).
- For smaller orders: €15.00 (incl. VAT).
- UPS is available for some destinations. To check eligibility and cost, enter your address at checkout.
Rest of the World
- Free Standard Delivery for orders over €250 (5 to 15 business days, depending on destination).
- For smaller orders: €30.00 (incl. VAT) for standard delivery.
- UPS is available for some destinations. To check eligibility, enter your address at checkout.
Customs duties
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery of the package. Please contact the local authorities in the country of delivery for more information.
Returns & Exchanges
I would like to return part or all of my order, what is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return your item to us without penalty, with the exception of return costs which remain at the customer's expense. The item must be in its original condition, i.e., unworn, undamaged, and with its tag in its original packaging.
The return procedure is as follows:
- In your customer account, indicate your wish to return an item by going to your orders. We will send you the procedure to follow.
You will receive your refund within 14 days after the item has been inspected in our Parisian workshop.
Personalized products cannot be returned.
Only products purchased on the website www.lescleias.com are subject to this procedure.
How does store credit work?
You receive a credit note when you return:
- an item paid for with a gift card;
- an item under warranty with a manufacturing defect;
- an item that does not suit you.
The credit note is a code that you can apply in your cart during your next purchase. It is valid for 6 months from its issue date.
The credit note cannot be split and must therefore be used in one go.
