Graphic Design Assistant (M/F) – Work-study

• Jewelry Photography: Taking pictures of our jewelry.
• Retouching and Layout: Retouch photos, add references and descriptions, and update our paper catalogs (elastic bracelets, small leather goods).
• Catalog Updates : Ensure the continuous updating of our paper catalogs.

• B2B Site : Integrate articles into our B2B site.
• Sage Database : Update the Sage database with new items, including adding product descriptions, prices, part numbers, and photos.

• Graphics and Aesthetics: Design B2B newsletters (one every 15 days) while respecting the graphic charter and having a keen sense of communication.
• Customer Experience: Orient newsletters towards a clear and effective B2B customer experience.

• Promotional Materials: Create digital materials (banners, photos, etc.) and papers for our showrooms.
• Packaging Design: Help design packaging (pouches, gift wrapping) and displays (jewelry displays).
• Paper Media: Improve paper media with our logo (business cards, email signatures, invoices, letterheads), following our graphic charter.
• Illustrations for Instagram: Draw illustrations and work on the formatting and colors of quotes for Instagram.
• Window Decoration (optional): Help with window decoration (creation of stickers or drawings on the windows).
• Customer Service: Participate in customer service.

• Passion for Fashion and Costume Jewelry: You are deeply interested in the world of fashion and costume jewelry.
• Artistic Sensitivity: You have a developed artistic sense, are creative, open and eager to learn.
• Personal Qualities : You are enthusiastic, curious, autonomous and rigorous.
• Graphic Design Skills: You are proficient in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Graphic Sense and Communication : You have a developed graphic sense and are able to communicate effectively.
• Time Management: You know how to manage your time and avoid perfectionism within a small company.
• Versatility: You are versatile and able to adapt to various tasks.
